A California-based entrepreneur with experience in construction, nonprofit activity, and real estate, Angelo Naemi has developed his career through business ownership and community involvement. Angelo Naemi is from San Diego, moved to the central coast Santa Maria in 2004. Angelo Naemi focuses primarily on managing operations and maintaining steady local engagement.
Since 2011, Mr. Naemi has operated Naemi's Construction, LLC, where he oversees projects from initial planning through completion. His responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supervising crews, managing budgets, allocating materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. He serves as the main point of contact between clients and subcontractors throughout each project.
Before entering real estate, Mr. Naemi gained experience reviewing construction plans and briefly operated a fish market restaurant in San Diego, California. In April 2025, he began working as a real estate agent with JC Properties Group, where he represents buyers and sellers, prepares market analyses, negotiates transactions, and handles closing documentation and property manages.
In addition to his business activities, Mr. Naemi founded Camdyn's House of Hope, a nonprofit organization in Orcutt in honor of his daughter. The non profit provides assistance to children and families facing financial hardship. He operated the organization from 2021 to 2025. His community involvement also includes volunteering with the Boys & Girls Club, city of Santa Maria and coaching high school sports for many years.
Mr. Naemi went to Grossmont College, where he studied criminal justice and philosophy.
